Hosting service
imghost.click is a user-operated image hosting and sharing platform. We do not create, select, own, endorse, or control images uploaded by users. Each uploader is solely responsible for their content and its distribution.
Adult content
Lawful nudity, pornography, and sexually explicit images are permitted only when every depicted person is a consenting adult aged 18 or older and the content complies with all applicable laws.
Strictly prohibited content
You may not upload child sexual abuse material or any sexualized depiction of a minor; non-consensual intimate imagery; hidden-camera or exploitative material; trafficking or sexual violence; illegal content; credible threats; malware; personal data published to harass; or content that infringes copyright or other rights.
Your responsibility
By uploading, you confirm that you have the legal right and necessary consent to host and share the image. You accept responsibility for claims, consequences, and legal obligations arising from your upload.
Removal and enforcement
We may remove content, restrict access, preserve relevant records, or suspend accounts when content violates these terms, applicable law, storage-provider rules, or legitimate third-party rights. Serious illegal content may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or permanent preservation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, imghost.click is not liable for user-uploaded content or losses arising from service use.
Reports and legal requests
Send reports, removal requests, and legal notices to img@imghost.click. Include the exact image or album URL and sufficient supporting information.
